Kimberly Nicole Evans chose early retirement at age fifty-three after a successful career as a vice president and division lead at one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. But she didn’t retire to garden or spend her days fishing. She retired to reinvent. Kimberly launched multiple ventures as a Soulpreneur, dedicating her life to transformation, purpose, and freedom. Today she is an author, transformational life coach, consultant, and CEO.

After more than two decades in corporate work, she discovered that her true calling wasn’t just climbing ladders but building bridges helping others cross into lives of fulfillment, freedom, and entrepreneurial success on their own terms.

Drawing on her extensive background in business strategy, leadership development, and financial management, Kimberly founded multiple ventures, including Seismic Transformations, where she helps career professionals make empowered transitions into entrepreneurship without starting over. She is also the creator of The Bridge40 Method, a step-by-step framework and digital course designed specifically for career professionals age forty-plus to navigate the shift from paycheck security to purposeful independence.

Kimberly’s own journey has been anything but linear. Like many of her readers, she wrestled with doubts, faced setbacks, and disempowering beliefs before learning to shift her paradigm creating a life of time, location, and financial freedom.
